• Ability to supervise and instruct crew members to complete jobs in a timely & thorough manner.
• Knowledgeable in fan operations, all types of kitchen exhaust ventilating systems.
• Is a team player.
• Works well by themselves, and requires little management.
• Has at least 1-2 years experience in the field.
• Can answer any crew member questions.
• Is available to be on job-sites when needed.
• Has the ability to get the job done under any circumstance.
• Knows all aspects of cleaning and maintaining kitchen exhaust systems.
• Can handle customer questions and/or complaints in a professional manner.
• Is an expert on NFPA 96.

• Shows up as scheduled.
• Follows instructions.
• Complete their tasks thoroughly and professionally.
• Has a general understanding of the cleaning process.
• Understands all safety procedures.
• These individuals generally have little to no experience in the industry.
